Turbo Service
Frydenbø Industri Oslo was established in 1929 (William Knutsen) as a specialized workshop for DEUTZ and later also MWM.
Through these agencies, we have reconditioned turbos since the 50s.
In 1993, we established a separate department for turbo reconditioning to further strengthen our company. Since then we have been an authorized workshop for KBB, Napier and MET. We also have a large stock of parts for ABB chargers and we do overhauls on these (VTR, VTC, TPS and TPL).
Our long history in this field makes us one of the most experienced in Norway when it comes to overhauling turbos.

Frydenbø Industri also performs balancing of rotors for turbos in all sizes, and a balancing report is included in the service report. In addition, we also perform rotations, hardness testing and crack testing with ultrasound.
Frydenbø Industri’s competent turbo technicians carry out repairs both in Norway and worldwide.
