Payment
Private customers must pay by card, while business customers with an agreement with Frydenbø Industri AS can pay via invoice.
Processing of orders
Orders received before 12 noon on working days will be dispatched the same day. Orders that arrive after 12 noon will be dispatched the following working day.
From time to time we may run out of certain articles, and then we may have to wait a little for incoming goods before your order is dispatched. Although we are usually fast, we recommend that you do not wait to order until it is urgent.
Shipping and delivery
Packages to private customers are normally sent as a service package by post. You can also pick up the package yourself at our warehouse in Tretjerndalsvegen 52, 2016 Frogner. The shipping cost is specified on the order page and included in the total amount charged to your card/account.
Until further notice, service packages are only delivered to addresses in Norway, and the delivery time for these depends on Posten's dispatch and delivery routines.
Logged-in business customers can themselves choose the appropriate shipping method for their orders.
Damage during transport
We take responsibility for the goods reaching you in good condition. If the packaging is damaged, you must check the contents of the consignment and write a note on the waybill before accepting delivery. You then report the damage to us. We send you new goods free of charge, and we take care of further follow-up with Posten or the carrier.
Prices
All prices in the online shop are stated in Norwegian kroner including 25% VAT for private customers. If you shop as a logged-in business customer, you will see the prices excluding VAT. We reserve the right to price changes due to changes in exchange rates, changes in statutory fees or price changes from our suppliers.
We also reserve the right to misprint of prices.
Complaints
If you receive a product that is defective, you have a full right of return. The right to complaint follows the deadlines set by the Purchase Act. We want satisfied customers - so don't hesitate to let us know if you want to advertise an item.
Cancellation period for consumer purchases
You always have a 14-day cancellation period when buying by mail order. Buyer must cover return postage, and will receive a full refund for returned goods. This assumes that the goods are returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
When returning products without the original packaging, or where the original packaging is damaged or deteriorated in any way, or the product does not appear as new, we reserve the right to calculate inspection costs.
Remember to mark the return with "Nethandel" + order number. Also state your account number for payment.
Packages that are not collected
If you choose not to pick up the package, you must notify us and make sure to pay the return postage. Packages that are returned undelivered without notification incur costs in the form of postage and return fees
Returns must not be sent as cash on delivery
